A: Our factory is located on the 6th Floor, No.18, Dongqiao East Road, Xindun Village, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. It is easily accessible, and we can arrange a pick-up service for you if needed. Welcome to visit our factory!
Q Q:What is the lead time on a private order?
A A:Two weeks after artwork is approved by the customer.
Q Q:What if I can’t find answers to my questions here?
A A：Contact Customer Service between the hours of 8：00 a.m. and 17:00 p.m. They will be able to answer any other questions you may have.
Q Q: How does your factory do as quality control?
A A: Quality is the lift of our factory. We have inspector in different post, and there are two inspectors before packing to get best quality products.

A A: Yes, we can make sample for you.

A A: Please send us your design drawings or original samples so that we can offer a quotation first. If all details are confirmed, we will arrange the sample making.
Q Q: How to get a quotation and start business relationship with your company?
A A: When you send us an enquiry, please kindly make sure all the details, such as the mateiral, product size, surface treatment and packaging are mentioned.
Q Q: What is the general payment terms ?
A A: Currently, the payment terms we accept are T/T (30% in advance, 70% before shipment / 70% against B/L copy) and irrevocable L/C at sight
